ASSAGGI is the fair of food and wine excellences of Lazio: an unmissable event for professionals and food lovers alike.
Assaggi will take place in the wonderful Palace of the Popes, located in Viterbo’s fascinating Medieval city centre.
Alongside the main fair, a rich calendar of events will allow the visitors to discover the beauty of the city and appreciate the taste of the regional excellences.

Monday 18 May — 10.00 am – 2.00 pm
Monday is reserved for F&B industry professionals.

Recommended car parks: Piazza Martiri d’Ungheria, Valle Faul and San Pietro.
🚌 Free shuttle — Saturday and Sunday, first departure from Piazza Martiri d’Ungheria at 10.30 am, last at 7.00 pm. Every 30 minutes.
Stops: Martiri d’Ungheria → Piazza Verdi → Santa Maria in Gradi → Valle Faul.
⚠️ Sunday morning until 1.00 pm: Via Marconi closed — the Piazza Verdi stop is replaced by Raniero Capocci (opposite INPS).

A dedicated space for children aged 4 to 12, run by Alicenova — Fattorie Solidali. Workshops and activities in a safe, supervised environment, so you can explore the fair at ease.

Show Cookings and Slow Food activities: €2 booking fee. All other events: free booking. Bookings are made on Eventbrite via the programme page. Booking does not replace the entrance ticket. Advance ticket online €5, at the door €7.
