Cantina Onofri is the estate of Carla Onofri in Vallerano, a village in the Cimini Mountains surrounded by hazelnut groves and vineyards. Here, viticulture finds expression in a series of IGT Lazio labels — NIUN, Ruscello, ALTROVE — alongside a Cabernet Sauvignon that brings an international grape variety to the territory, reinterpreted through the lens of the Cimini terroir.
The very names of the wines suggest a personal and poetic approach to winemaking, where each label corresponds to a precise idea of wine and place. A small winery with a clear vision.
