Products:EVO oil, butter, flavored condiments based on EVO oil, olive pâté

The Gerli Agricultural Company operates in Montelibretti, in Roman Sabina, and offers a line of products that goes beyond the classic extra virgin olive oil. Alongside EVO, the company has developed Burrolio - an oil with a buttery consistency - and a series of flavored condiments and olive pâtés.

It is a proposal that demonstrates how extra virgin olive oil can be the starting point for an entire family of products, each designed for a specific use in the kitchen. Butter oil, in particular, represents an innovation that makes the oil also suitable for preparations where butter is traditionally used.

At Assaggi 2026 the Gerli company brings creativity and innovation to Lazio olive growing, with products that expand the possibilities of oil in the kitchen.
