Products: Organic white and red wines from own production
Saba is a winemaking estate in Vignanello, in the Cimini Mountains, producing white and red wines following the organic method. The name evokes tradition and substance, and the production reflects this essential quality: wines born from the vineyard that tell its story without filters.
Organic farming here is not a marketing choice but a way of working in the vineyard, respecting natural cycles and intervening as little as possible. The resulting wines bring the hillside character of the Cimini territory into the glass.
