Monte dell'Oro is a family-run farm that produces extra virgin olive oil in Canino, in the Maremma area of Lazio. The name evokes the hill where the olive groves stand, and the gold that in this part of Tuscia has always meant oil.

Angelo Guardini and Marisa Persiani carry on a production born from the direct care of the trees and harvesting at the right time, in order to obtain an oil that faithfully mirrors the territory of Canino — one of the most naturally suited areas in Lazio for olive growing.

At Assaggi 2026, Monte dell'Oro represents the family-scale olive farming of Tuscia: small production, great quality, a direct bond with the land.
