The presence of well-identified and distinctly cultivated plots, based on the
phenological phases of the grapes and the terroir, has allowed the Rossi di Medelana winery to focus on the production of wines of the highest quality. Certainly the composition of the soil and the different exposures
helped, but also the ability to know how to understand the territory and to enhance an ancient tradition with the most modern techniques was decisive for the creation of the Frascati DOCG Superiore Vigna Ferri which, with its exclusive and certified toponym, guarantees an absolute territorial, cultural and cultural identity. 70% Malvasia Puntinata, 20% Trebbiano Toscano and 10% Rossetto are harvested by hand in the first ten days of September and aged on the fine lees for at least 4 months. Here is a wine that expresses the
greatness of this volcanic territory, a virtuous example of character and elegance.
