We are a certified organic company that is passionately involved in beekeeping. Our products are also certified with the “Tuscia Viterbese” renown quality mark.
Our hives are located in the coutryside of Tuscia Viterbese, an area characterized by
uncultivated woods (oaks, holm oaks, chestnuts, beeches, conifers), with spontaneous
blooms and areas with acacias and chestnuts.
We run our apiaries following the biological cycle of bees. For their care we do not use
synthetic treatments, but only essential oils and organic acids and we try to increase
biodiversity through the work of the bees themselves, implementing a careful and
responsible management of the territory on which the hives are.
Part of our hives are natural honeycomb, so we use top bar hives with horizontal
development. Our honey is handcrafted and, to keep its properties unaltered, it does not undergo heat treatments or pasteurization processes.
We have chosen to produce wildflower honey because it represents well the blooms of the
land and its healthiness and biodiversity.
Wildflower honey is always different, from year to year, and according to the seasons. It is
different in every place, it is the flavor of that place.
Our wildflowers, coming from different locations in Tuscia, have different organoleptic
characteristics because the blooms from which the bees collect the nectar are always
We try to present honey for its complex characteristics by considering it as a real food, and by promoting events and tastings in collaboration with chefs and local realities of excellence. Our production also includes honey infusions with chilli and saffron, pollen, propolis, innovative products such as a honey-based spread with hazelnuts and coffee, bruschette with hazelnuts and pollen, and also mead with different gradations and characteristics. Our honeys earned various awards in international competitions for organic honey.
Today more than ever we think it is important to build a different world.
A world where nature can be our home, the home of all living beings deeply connected to
We believe that each one of us can contribute in protecting and safeguarding this great
common home, preserving its resources, defending its biodiversity especially through small and large choices that we are called to make every day in our lives.
We have chosen to dedicate ourselves to bees because they are precious and important for the maintenance of this great common home and we are convinced that choosing and
consuming a healthy and natural honey, produced in respect of the environment and bees, is good not only for the health of all of us, but also to that of our planet.
