Il Signorino DOP Tuscia was born in the hills of the organic farm that the Grani family has been cultivating with passion and dedication for three generations, from the founder Marcello to his son Marco and finally to his grandson Giorgio. The centuries-old olive groves that overlook the city of Viterbo, together with the new plants, give life to an extra virgin olive oil that reflects the three cultivars (Canino, Leccino and Frantoio) typical of the Tuscia DOP territory.
Il Signorino comes from passion, innovation and love for quality and beauty. The tuffaceous lands, careful monitoring at every stage of ripening and harvesting and meticulous work in the mill yields a high-quality oil with exemplary organoleptic characteristics.
On the nose, the smell opens with strong fresh almond and artichoke aromas. In the mouth, notes of aromatic herbs, such as rosemary and thyme, dominate. Bitter and spicy sensations coexist in perfect balance and harmony.
