The Frantoio Santinelli operates in Caprarola, at the foot of the Cimini Mountains, in a territory where olive cultivation has ancient and deep roots. The mill processes olives from the surrounding area with the goal of producing an extra virgin olive oil that is a faithful expression of the landscape from which it comes.
