In our herd, the diet is natural, rich in cereals, without silage to obtain the highest quality food, from producer to consumer. Strictly Italian meats, ancient recipes combined with artisan processing without colouring or preservatives, will be able to transport you on a journey to rediscover the flavours and fragrances of the past. Cured meats are caskets containing the knowledge, traditions and cultures of a territory, and the traveller will be enraptured.
