We are a very young startup, born in November 2022 with the idea of enhancing a traditional family recipe: ubergine fillets in extra virgin olive oil.

What is our MISSION? Distribute goodness in jars.

We take care of every detail in respect of authentic flavors, to maximize quality and naturalness. The processing of raw materials is 100% handmade and we don’t add any other type of oil to the pure virgin olive one. We are very attentive to the seasonality of the vegetables and for this reason we have chosen to concentrate our production only in the periods in which the raw materials have a higher quality.

In the summer months we focus on processing aubergines, peppers and sun-dried tomatoes. In autumn the protagonist is the pumpkin. We work to build a brand that feeds an agri-food chain based on social inclusion and respect for the environment.
