The professional categories that turn to our products, in addition to the aforementioned large-scale retail trade, are also shops specialized in the sale of pastry and bakery products such as: bars, restaurants, hotels, bathing establishments, campsites and activities dedicated to special occasions.
As part of a business development project carried out by us, the opening of at least three pilot stores with the retail sale of all our production is currently being studied, with the aim of creating a network of franchised businesses to located in the main commercial centers of cities and towns starting from northern Lazio.
This activity allows us to develop a program of new proposals aimed directly at the needs of end customers, bringing innovation to consumption both in terms of assortments and in terms of product weights which can avoid food waste within families, a very current and delicate topic.
The location of our headquarters in Tarquinia (Viterbo) being particularly strategic allows us to include it among the typical regional specialties, three places of great tradition such as Lazio, Umbria and Tuscany.
