Etica Food was founded in 2001 as an artisanal pastry work-shop, located between the mount of Tolfa and Santa Severa.
It is specialised in producing modern pastry and festive leavened specialties with a strong focus on locally sourced ingredients that come from the surrounding area.
Throughout the years, the business is expanded through the provision of catering services for corporate events, parties, and weddings.
In 2022 the Bonfì brand has been created in order to differentiate the two business lines: it is merely dedicated to all our sweet creations.
