It was born in Carbognano, a small village in the Viterbo area on the slopes of the Cimini Mountains, as a family-run agricultural company which for three generations has been dealing with the valorisation of the products of the territory and specifically: hazelnuts, chestnuts and extra virgin olive oil.
The inherited passion for hard peasant work and love for the land of origin have allowed over the years, with sacrifices and efforts, the creation of an efficient shelling plant and a product transformation laboratory using cutting-edge technological systems in the respect for the environment and the ecosystem.
