Our company Cantina Onofri is located in Vallerano, in the heart of the suggestive Tuscia. Born at the end of the 90s from the tenacity of Carla and Lorenzo, today it is managed with passion together with their children Cristina and Ivano.

With our 5 hectares of vineyards, cultivated on the fertile volcanic soil of the hills that embrace Mount Cimino, we are proud to produce wines that bring with them the authenticity of our territory, which we have called home for generations.

Our cellar, entirely dug into the tuff, offers a natural and constant environment, ideal for storing our wines, maintaining a temperature of 13 degrees all year round.

We personally manage every phase of the production process, from the care of the vineyard to bottling, preferring an artisanal approach and naturally vinifying our wine, with spontaneous fermentations and macerations on the skins. This allows us to obtain authentic wines that we love to discover as they evolve in the bottle. Each vintage is unique and brings with it new nuances and characteristics.
