Agricola Amaltea Srl is a farm established in 2015 specializing in the farming of approximately 700 selected Lacaune breed sheeps. In 2019, the company expanded its operations by constructing an on-site dairy and a meat-processing facility, producing artisanal dairy products and butchery items distinguished by their unique delicacy in taste and aroma.
The same year marked the launch of their agricultural street food venture, "I sapori di Amaltea", where customers can savor dishes crafted from their premium meats and cheeses through simple, high-quality recipes.
