THE AMARETTO OF GUARCINO

The "Amaretto of Guarcino" pastry workshop was established in 2007 with the aim of reviving the culinary traditions of Guarcino and Ciociaria areas. Inspired by our grandmothers’ recipes, we have rediscovered the small secrets and artisanal techniques that make our sweets unique.

We believe in the values of quality and tradition, which is why we avoid industrial machinery: everything is handmade, from preparing the dough to shaping the biscuits and baking them in ovens designed to recreate traditional heat.

Nowadays  we’ve grown into a team of five people, continuing to pursue our dream: offering genuine, fragrant products that taste as if they have just come out of the oven.
